Quick Checks
I cannot feel haptic feedback.
Check that haptics are enabled in Prayer Beads Pro settings and that iPhone system haptics are enabled. Haptics are best verified on a physical iPhone, not the simulator.
I cannot hear bead sounds.
Check the app sound setting, iPhone volume, Silent Mode, Focus settings, and whether other apps can play audio. Some beta builds may update sound behavior.
Premium access does not appear after purchase.
Use Restore Purchases from the premium screen. If access still does not appear, contact support with your device model, iOS version, and whether you are using TestFlight or App Store build.
How do I reset my counter?
Use the reset control inside the app. Counts are stored locally so your session can continue after closing the app.
