Privacy Policy
Prayer Beads Pro is designed to keep counting and bead practice private by default. This policy explains what data is stored, what third-party services are involved, and how support requests are handled.
Information We Store
The app stores your selected bead design, counting progress, sound and haptic settings, language preferences, and purchase access state. Counting activity and ritual use are intended to remain on your device unless a future feature clearly asks you to sync or export them.
Imported or built-in bead designs are stored as local digital assets in the app.
Purchases and Entitlements
Prayer Beads Pro uses Apple in-app purchase systems and RevenueCat to manage premium access, customer information, receipts, purchase status, and entitlements. Apple processes payment information. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
RevenueCat may process identifiers needed to validate purchases, restore access, and provide customer support for subscriptions or one-time purchases. RevenueCat's handling of data is governed by its own privacy practices.
TestFlight Testing
If you join a TestFlight beta, Apple may provide beta crash logs, diagnostic information, device type, OS version, and tester feedback. If you send feedback directly, you may choose to include your name, email address, screenshots, or comments.
Support Requests
When you contact support, we use the information you provide only to answer your request, diagnose issues, and improve the app. Please avoid sending sensitive religious, personal, health, or financial information unless it is necessary for your support question.
Children
Prayer Beads Pro is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or testing, contact us so we can delete it.
Your Choices
- You can turn sound and haptic feedback on or off in the app.
- You can delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.
- You can manage purchases and refunds through Apple.
- You can contact support to request deletion of support messages you sent directly to us.
